Camilla Hagstrom, deputy head of operations of the Delegation of the European Commission (EC) to the Philippines, leaves a foot mark on a concrete slab where a barangay health station will be constructed in Damatog, Northern Kabuntalan, Maguindanao. The construction was assisted by the EC-funded Strengthening Response to Internal Displacement (StRIDe) Mindanao Project under the GoP-UN ACT for Peace Programme with ‘food for work’ and labor counterpart from the Northern Kabuntalan local government unit.
